Structural Fitter

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Structural Fitters to join our team for structural steel, offshore, and modular construction projects in Poland.

The waiting time for a Work Permit is only 30 days. Experienced candidates only.

REQUIREMENTS

🔺 Experience in structural fitting, metalworking and/or MAG 135 welding;

🔺 Ability to read technical drawings (mandatory);

🔺 Ability to use electric power tools;

🔺 Ability to use measuring tools such as a tape measure, protractor, and spirit level;

🔺 Tack welding skills;

🔺 Gas-cutting skills are an advantage;

🔺 MAG 135 welding experience or certificate may be required for selected projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

🔺 Assembly and fitting of steel structures according to technical drawings;

🔺 Welding steel components using the MAG 135 method when required;

🔺 Assembly and installation of galvanized steel components;

🔺 Assembly and fitting of offshore steel structures;

🔺 Installation of metal container elements for modular construction projects;

🔺 Grinding and cleaning steel elements before and after installation;

🔺 Performing tack welds;

🔺 Gas or plasma cutting depending on the project.

DETAILS

🔺 Place of work: Morąg, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Pinczyn, and other locations

🔺 Hourly rate: PLN 39.00–42.00 net / hour, depending on experience and project

🔺 Working hours: 10–12 hours / day, Monday to Friday + weekend overtime available depending on the project

🔺 200+ working hours / month

🔺 Accommodation: Provided (utility costs: PLN 450.00–500.00 / month)

🔺 Advance payment available after the first week of work
