Grinder

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Grinders for two types of projects in Poland: stainless steel grinding and shipyard hull grinding.

REQUIREMENTS

🔺 Previous experience in stainless steel grinding and/or shipyard hull grinding;

🔺 Ability to perform precise and high-quality surface finishing;

🔺 Experience with stainless steel finishing or shipyard steel structures, depending on the project;

🔺 Experience with weld cleaning and R2 edge rounding for shipyard projects;

🔺 Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

🔺 Grinding and finishing stainless steel tanks, boilers, vessels, and other components used in the food industry;

🔺 Preparing shipyard steel structures for welding;

🔺 Grinding and cleaning welds;

🔺 Performing R2 edge rounding on steel components;

🔺 Operating grinding and finishing tools;

🔺 Inspecting finished surfaces and maintaining required quality standards.

DETAILS

🔺 Place of work: Dywity (near Olsztyn) for Stainless Steel Grinding; Gdańsk and Gdynia for Shipyard Hull Grinding

🔺 Hourly rate: Around PLN 35.00 net / hour, depending on experience and project

🔺 Working hours: Approximately 200–220 hours / month

🔺 Accommodation: Provided (utility costs: PLN 450.00–500.00 / month)

🔺 Advance payment available after the first week of work

🔺 Dedicated coordinator throughout your employment

🔺 Legal help: Assistance with residence legalization and obtaining a Temporary Residence Card (TRC)
