Conventional Milling & Boring Machine Operator

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Conventional Milling & Boring Machine Operators to join a manufacturer of heavy industrial machinery and equipment in Gdynia, Poland.

The waiting time for a Work Permit is approximately 30 days. Experienced specialists only.

REQUIREMENTS

🔺 Experience operating conventional lathes, milling machines, and/or boring machines;

🔺 Experience machining large and very large metal components;

🔺 Very good ability to read and interpret technical drawings;

🔺 Ability to use precision measuring instruments and power tools;

🔺 Experience in heavy industry or industrial machinery manufacturing is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

🔺 Conventional milling, boring, and machining of large and very large steel components;

🔺 Setting up conventional machining equipment and adjusting machining parameters;

🔺 Working according to technical drawings and specifications;

🔺 Using precision measuring instruments and power tools;

🔺 Inspecting and controlling the quality of completed components;

🔺 Ensuring accurate machining according to required dimensions and tolerances.

DETAILS

🔺 Place of work: Gdynia (near Gdańsk), Poland

🔺 Hourly rate: PLN 42.00–45.00 net / hour, depending on experience

🔺 Working hours: Approximately 10–12 hours / day + additional hours available

🔺 Accommodation: Provided (utility costs: PLN 450.00–500.00 / month)

🔺 Advance payment available after the first week of work
